Yes, there probably are, and guess what, they have 50,000,000 shares of restricted stock. "Restricted" meaning can't dilute the float at this point in time. "Restricted" meaning can't utilize until stock hits certain price. Must see articles of incorporation for other restrictions. But, believe me there. And even with this 50,000,000 shares the book is still $3.85.
