here is my concern for the 60m financing and proof that it is not available for"any use management feels fit".

from the annual report recently published:

" the ability of the company to proceed with the development of phase 1 of the dornod operation and manage its ongoing corporate activities,is dependent upon the company raising sufficient funds through its capital raising efforts. at dec 31, 1997,the company did not have adequate capital to continue its development of the dornod mine....

now management feels they can raise such cash, but they have only used one third of the 60m! i think it is for inventory purchase of spot uranium only...... i think they need that kaz money bad. a tough spot to be in for a .20 stock!
