No, it is not a big hit because ME's 50MM is not worth squat until they get it out of the ground.
Question - So how do they get it out of the ground?
Answer - Money
Question - How do they get the money?
Answer - Go public in 1 day and then have your 50MM shares + 18 MM icvi shares go way up in price.

If ME has 50MM shares and they are not worth squat, then why would the shareholders of ME care if there shares were diluted. 50mm of nothing or 68mm of nothing is still nothing.

Without being able to get the gas and coal out of the ground the ME's 50mm shares are worthless, so even if they are dilution there shares with ICVI's they would have to think that it's a small price to pay for a 200,000,000 dollar payoff. You have to break some eggs to make an omelet
