Olympic Resources Ltd - Olympic Resources Ltd ORL Shares issued 9639378 1998-05-22 close $0.58 Monday May 25 1998 Also Diaz Resources Ltd (DAZ) The VSE has accepted for filing a letter agreement dated April 7, 1998 between Diaz Resources and Olympic Resources whereby Olympic can acquire 75 per cent of two oil and gas leases comprising the South Lakeside prospect, Cameron Parish, Louisiana. Olympic has agreed to pay $228,570 (U.S.) to Diaz which will be comprised of $75,000 (U.S.), being a reimbursement of a portion of Diaz's geological, geophysical & land cost and $153,570 (U.S.) which has been advanced by Diaz to Orbit Oil & Gas. Olympic has agreed to issue 350,000 special warrants to Canaccord Capital. Each special warrant is exchangeable, at no additional cost, into one warrant to acquire one share at 50 cents per share for one year.
