AGM today over 99% of shares voted in favour of merger with Blackhawk. Just a legal formality or two to complete and then it is all over for TTM. Repadre is taking a convertible debenture for the money owing on the NSR. A lower price the share price of TTM will give RPD more shares on conversion. Is this why the price has been particularly weak?
