A particularly relevant part of a message from the Yahoo Loral board:

You have already found Loral and Bernard Schwartz guilty, and there is not enough evidence at this time to charge them let alone find them guilty. Even the news media is backing off their original interpretations of what happened now that they have heard from the principles involved. That is not to say other evidence won't cause a shift the other way, but I hope not.

And, there will always be the untra-Republican commentators that will never give in, no matter what truth is uncovered to the issues contrary to their one-sided issues.

For what it is worth, I am a Republican. I am not a blind one, however.
