Ron, I am still holding my ISDI shares. I may purchase more at this
price. The year-end taxing sellings has send this stock to below its
book value, they recently ranked as one of the fastest growing company in the Valley and the nation. I think the biggest order pushouts were resulted from MOT cellar phone. MOT has their voice chip in their latest cell phone using as answering machine. With new
0.8 submicron process, they should be able to maitain the chip small enough to fit in a postcard and increase the recording time. I first heard of their technology 5 years ago, believe me, there is no comparable technology out there. They have proven that their technology can be used in EEPROM, the application is enormous. This means that the size of the EERPOM, EPROM, FLASH can be shunk by 4 times. I can see numerous applications in the miniture electronics for their technology. I have 100% faith in their technology and survivalbility. If you have a long-term view of this company, at this price, it is a no-brainer buy. Once the tax selling is over, they will go back to above $7.00. Remember also, they are buying back their stocks in the open market. That is a good sign. The management definitely doesn't think their company deserve the price it currently is at.

Regards,

Eric
