Rosario is frustrated over his situation with AGTI. AGTI also manufactures electronic bingo systems, but they have failed in the market place, due to technology and service issues and are in extreme financial distress.

In contrast GMTC has succeeded in the marketplace and is now the market leader in revenues and rapidly growing. The company is profitable and has the management and financial resources to grow.
