ICVI has NOTHING to do with Mountain Energy any longer.. the ICVI shell is gone.. the old mgmt will soon be gone.. Mountain Energy is completely taking over... ME needed ICVI to become a publicly traded entity.. and there's no point in asking the same questions over and over again... the one's that can be answered HAVE been answered.. the ones that can't be answered will be answered in time... just have to be patient.. if you can't be patient.. then this is not the stock for you to invest into imho. Rumors are that we'll be getting another PR soon with some more answers in it as to what Mountain Energy/ICVI's merger is all about. jim
