The restricted shares we were issued seem pretty clear to me (read the recent IMNF SEC filings), but DAWC is a big mystery. I doubt anyone at DAWC would know ANYTHING about the IMNF shares. I'm trying to determine if DAWC even exists anymore. Based on the IMNF SEC filing, it seems we should have had the restrictions lifted on May 7th or so. Now I don't know. dave
