Thank you for your thoughtful response. Of course, Noam and the boys are making Falafel of the books. They exagerate earnings by writing off nearly 100% of acquisitions. That's a fact, Jack err Doug and if you can't see that then you deserve what's coming to you.

You might wonder also why recommended as a SELL Short candidate in two seperate highly respected short publications.
