It appears Banyan is a start-up holding co. started by Laing with the Old Philadelphia Group ltd. as their investment banker. They appear intent on consolidating the home health care industry. Laing is in the business of supplying oxygen to at home individuals throughout the country and is the basis of the holding co. Perhaps you should call Olde Philadelphia to confirm if Banyan has the financial backing necessary to complete the three recently announced acquisitions they are undertaking. 1-215-732-4007
