David... I am unable to find any SEC filings on IMNF.. could you please post the link? I will try the phone number as posted by LeRoy Chandler and will post on Tues. nite any info that I can get. I will also check with my broker tomorrow and ask if the IMNF shares are tradeable. good Luck....... John
