Re:WAVX and the Wavemeter.
Question:
"The makers of the meter need to ask-would you give your credit card to a ten year old and then wait untill the end of the month to see what he had charged?"

Answer:
Good question, but the Wavemeter does not work like an open credit card.. it's more like an postage meter. You fill it electronically (via your credit card) with whatever amount you like, $5.00, $50.00 or whatever and then it deducts portions as low as fractions of a penny for your agreed usage.

It appears that likely uses are safe & secure software trials, purchases, video, music, adult website browsing, E-Commerce...whatever can go over the web and especially whatever will be able to go over broadband.
