PV... stats heavily favor settlement/negotiation or no action... patent protection is a myth... ask the folks at IDT... invented cellular phone technology... MOT called it public domain and today still uses IDC technology without license.... very difficult to favorably defend a tech patent even if you are right.... this whole mish-mosh for AVEI is probably being promulgated by GDT who is losing market share by the minute... DEC went after INTC... settled without a whisper.... to short a stock in hopes of a settlement makes no sense to me... given this sentiment... one should short almost all stocks... C ya
