You don't buy a stock until it has established an uptrend. ODIS certainly hasn't done that yet. It's 1/8 point from another downside move that would extend the base at least six months. That's consistent with the fundamental reality under these shares. If we get upside market action, there's much better companies to get on board for the long term, ones that have just broken out of a base. There's absolutely no rush to dump your dough into a non-performer. On the other hand if the FED keeps the pressure on even lightly, there's no reason to be buying anything much less a dog.
