Ga Bard,

I just joined SI this week, but I have been a lurker for quite a while. I found your corner right away, and it was one of the first sites I bookmarked. I am impressed, and enlightened by your no nonsense / no hype style which is so different from many of the threads.

I have been in a BB stock for several years that I would like to know if you know anything about, or might take a look at. I bought the stock in a private placement offering about 5 years ago, before it ever even got on a market (talk about a risky play) But the stock has been trading on the BB for a year now, and has held up real well, especially the past few weeks as it's trading near it's all time high.

The stock is FLTT-Fresh N' Lite Inc. Small restaurant chain with offices based in Longview TX, and all restaurants based in Dallas. The company has been in the black quite a while (over 3 million in Revenues in 1997) and is fully reporting on edgar. Company just did a buyback, and applied for NASDAQ small CAp on May 1, and the last requirement for listing (keeping the stock at or above $4 bid for 22 days) is only 4 days away (Friday) The fundamentals are good...the FOOD is GREAT!!

Company Phone # 800-259-2675 CFO-Curtis Swanson FOR DD

Looks like to me, this BB is "over the hump" MHO

If you get time, you might take a look.

Thanks,

Lee Walsh
