Sources of independant information on composites. I have received several e-mails for other sources and so I will post here: 2 main reports for this industry: Performance Materials newsletter - Tom Woodall 301-738-7927 the 11/11/96 newsletter has an article about Akzo planning another expansion as well as the fact that the current carbon fiber shortage is mostly in the Hexcel/Toray/Toho/Amoco products. Composite Market Reports - Steve Loud 602-461-9445 several newsletters, these are what the carbon fiber guys read, good stuff on emerging applications as well as market intelligence on what each other are doing. Both of these reports are very good and they will probably provide some samples. I would suggest several people get together and subscribe if you really want to know what is going on.
