Sojouner;

I never said it was a Scam. I have learned hard lessons in the BB arena and facts determine my thoughts;

Total issued shares ?
Float size ?
How much do insiders hold?
SEC what is the liability on MINES part ?
How much did MINE pay for the report?
Great news were is the back up material ?
What type of ore is involved (if it is sulfur based the costs would be prohibited) ?
Why the huge survey ?
Why not mine a promising spot and show revenue, results could have been achieved by now?

What was the cost to collect each sample since extensive drilling had to be done 200.00?
What was the cost to run an analysis on each sample 50.00 is cheap?

2300x200= 460,000
50 x 2300= 115,000

Total 575,000 ? Not to mention other expenses.

Were did the money come from since they are late on a filing?
