Smith you know until this today I thought you had a fairly decent grip on this arena. Mining stocks have been the worse stocks to even try to make any money on especially in a long term scenario. I do not know if it is anything at all. I have not called it a scam or fraud or anything. All I know is there is nothing solid or even remotely solid about any DD on MINE. I have raised question that are the very first questions that should be nailed down before you even invest in a stock. I do not care about the resolution or whether it is a mistake or fraud the company was named. if it were ex insiders then I would not care but the company is what you are buying when you purchase the company stock. As far as they can't sell shares I beg to differ there becauseyou cannot verify one single item on the share count or even the TA. You cannot prove anything is restricted or that the legends have not been lifted. You refuse to look at the 144 filing and seee the guy on line starting the threads is the same name on the 144. You are doing DD blind as a bat. You are focusing on everything but the basics. Not one basic DD question can be answered. You are puttig the cart before the horse on this one. I cannot see why you bought in and then decided to do the DD especially on a mining stock. People must have forgot this same song and dance routine on GOLDF, NPEC, BCMD, BREX, etc etc etc. You want to then make comparisons for other industry stocks that are not it the catagory of the stock you are researching. Mining stocks will nail you. Also you are not familiar with ming stocks eough to even make a solid investment decision. You cannot read an SEC filing and comprehend it so a mining report you are going to be lost on. ALso you are not concerned where the survey is and what samples were sent for the report. It is as if you have throw all logic & common sense into the wind. I hope it works out for you and if is what you think. But only expect the internet because I do not think one broker is going to come into play or one real world investor until all these what you call naysaying questions can be answered in black and white and not by some phone call. Remember if the verification is not in black and white it does not exist. Oh well good luck with it. GB
