Interquote <http://www.interquote.com> is a little under $3/day when prepaid (I think I paid $720/yr last time for NYSE, ASE, Nasdaq & OPRA). Level II is an extra $50/mo, if that's of interest. IQ provides everything on their feed, but only the exchanges you've paid rt service fees for are in rt... everything else is delayed by whatever the exchange requires. The limitation with IQ is 300 symbols and they currently don't have historical data on their server, so the charts are useless unless you get s/w from LinnSoft (InvestorRT). This later limitation is changing soon (this month? June?). For my purposes, the quote screen (in a spreadsheet format) has been plenty and is one of the best I've seen.
