Well---If they can give us 5M dollars,they must have BIG things going.
It looks to me ,that they want the warrants exercised ASAP.
Throw in the conversion of the Ps and maybe a forward split and you have a common pool ,large enough, to attract the REALLY big boys.
Of course the share price would have to keep moving right along also <VBG> JMO.
