Doc; Maybe I didn't phrase it correctly. I don't believe their will be any future private placements. It's the IPO itself I'm talking about. When DR goes public additional shares could be issued. Ronning only promised no more private placements before the IPO. I haven't seen anything that would indicate that the IPO won't involve more shares being issued. Steve
