Hi Everyone,
My name is Bob Ulrich, yes the Bob Ulrich that BillL quoted about the Transmontigne deal. I am in the oil & gas business and have been for 23 years, and now a new member of SI. I finally became a member when I saw a post from a Mr. Biggs. I would like to set the record straight. Mr. Biggs, Mountain Energy has taken the name of a valueless comapany (icvi) to place its asets into. This is called a shell, (empty, get it, no assets) Now, the assets of Mountain Energy are in this shell. Now the shell is full. (Are you with me here) As explained earlier, What ever the deal ws with ICVI to do this, it is muniscule compared to starting a publicly traded company. SEC regs, attorneys fees, etc. These don't come cheap. A shell does. What next you ask. A simple name change. Mountain Energy, Inc. ICVI goes away and a new company is formed.
Also, with the assets Mountain Energy has, there will be absolutely no problem producing the gas and mining the coal. If they don't ahve the cash, joint ventures are very big in this business. ie, Company "x" has an idea, but company "y" owns the mineral rights. You make a deal. Mr. Uselton, is very aware of the ins and outs of this business and will do the shareholder good. Let the company emerge. My profile shows my e-mail and I will be more than happy to answer any questions concerning this business to the best of my ability. Stay calm people, in my opinion, this one is even bigger than most of you can fathom.
Regards,
