PV... have shorted in the box to protect interests here.... but, this is a stock which can tag on (or off) 30% quickly... they'll probably surpass analysts recs by 10-15% this Q... let's say 75%... lawsuits in this litigous environment are an operating cost... the only problem I have with shorts are those using tips/rumor that smacks of a higher knowledge than is public... C
