Rich, this is not a flame toward you, however, the reverse merger was announced in a news release by ICVI on April 23rd... ICVI did not take off until last Monday (5/18/98). How could it have leaked out when it was already announced? Also, why would Bob Ulrich and Mr Biggs be working both sides of the fence? It just don't make sense that ME people would be "suddenly" accumulating when they have had a month to do so... Something does not add up there. It sounds like someone is BS'n you to add scare tactics. JMHO Sly__
