Question>If you own 100 MIDLP on May 29th, you receive a dividend of 50 shares. The origional 100MIDLP will be converted at 35 per in Aug. of 1998. The dividend shares will convert at 35 per in Aug. of 1999. Can they be separated and how will you be able to tell them apart? You could buy some P thinking that it would convert in 98 only to find that you got the dividend shares that won't convert till 99. MIDLP98 and MIDLP99??? Just wondering.
