Does anyone know where I can find some info regarding SEC regulations about a private company buying stock of a public company they will merge with? I hope my question is clear. I have been looking at the SEC web site for the past hour without success yet, there are a lot of info on that site. Regarding the post about BIGGS being an employee of Mountain Energy, Dixi777 be careful when you say things like that, not good for the company's public image even though, IMO this is probably completely false. One more reason why I want to see the SEC regulations on these kind of things.
