Hey Martin!!

Read that news release and found it rather encouraging. The dilution should be minor given the floor on the conversion price, and it gives USXX $5 million in cash to work with. Given that Ken Smith has indicated they aren't necessarily a capital intensive business, this should go pretty far, as well as meeting the capital assets requirement for a Nasdaq listing.

Now we have to work on the price... :0)
