PV... I think the long side is often based on history... a fact! and, is extrapolated into the future...... the short side must look at this historical momentum and say this will change where there is no precedent..... if AVEI had a history of willfully stealing technology and then giving it up in court, you'd have precedent... However, you have just the opposite, AVEI has set about acquiring companies that have next generation technology that they don't own.... this is the precedent... success is ALWAYS challenged in the courts... based on history AVEI is severely undervalued... for this momentum to change AVEI would have had to make a whomping error... yet, to date, AVEI seems to be operating to plan... C ya
