A point of clarification. The AirStar 10-K is not two years delinquent, but rather about 5 1/2 weeks, and about 2 weeks for the first quarter 10-Q. Nevertheless, it is true that Xecom/AirStar has an inexcusable two-year history of filings financial reports late, sometimes months late. So the late 10-K might have to do with the wheelings and dealings of Mr. JL, but it might just be another chapter in the sad history of a company that files late all the time because its management just doesn't care about the shareholder.
