Mark, the farther they venture from published media, the more they dilute the "brand". Music and movies are not far removed from books in the minds of consumers, but what else do you see them selling? Electronics? Clothing? Food? Real estate? What?

Should Home Depot start selling sheets and towels? After all, more people know the Home Depot brand, and associate it with low prices and good service, than know Bed Bath & Beyond.
