Mr. Schmidtz, Did you really have to call your CPA to find that information out? It sounds to me like you should not be involved in penny stocks at all. I hope he sends you a bill for interrupting his private evening time to answer a question that should be well known to someone with "40 years experience." You certainly have an interesting array of "favorite" stocks. Honeywell, Texaco, IBM, Airstar Technologies. I would be truly interested in what your CPA thinks of you dumping a large portion of your retirement money into this company.
