Peter, any luck getting more details on your end? Any info from SEC market serveillance person you contacted? Things are getting awfully strange around here. 1) The board is getting uncharacteristly quiet. 2) No split, even though, stocks get adjusted for splits, the day after the "record date"---hasn't happened here. 3)Scacci is working out of his home. 800 # rings his home. 4)I wonder if any locals from the West Palm, FL bothered to find the address on their literature or even tried to visit the company. 5)On the AOL boards someone created their own Forged news release, stating the split will be awarded to shareholders of record Nov. 15, on Dec. 2. Weird!!!! But stock has not adjusted yet. And I check the major news wires with no signs of that release!!!HMMMMM. 6)THIS DEAL IS STARTING SMELL LIKE ROTTEN EGGS. Don't you think?
