Government is a big WP user and they are slowing moving to SGML/XML as a vendor neutral format for submissions. I believe EDGAR was the first to support a non-WP format for submission, but people can still submit in WP. Note that it is usually the fault of the law firm that does a companies filing for the submitting format, not the company itself. SQ should be leading edge in all it does.
