DGIV is on the move this morning with no news out, yet. I know they are planning on filing some forms this week to apply for a nasdaq small cap listing and that CEO has been traveling alot the last three weeks and news is supposedly imminent. Price usually runs up before the news is released. Any one out there read the DGIV thread?
