Internet Infinity Announces Strategic Agreement for Internet Video

COSTA MESA, Calif., May 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Internet Infinity, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ITNF - news) announced
today that it has signed a strategic agreement with ''Flying Disk Productions,'' an experienced provider of full motion
streaming video services for the Internet.
''Flying Disk Video will give Internet Infinity the in-house capability to produce, encode, transfer, compress and post our
clients' full motion streaming video to the Internet,'' said Chairman George Morris. The ability to efficiently provide full motion
video for client Internet sites is one of the special multimedia promotion tools of the company.
The Flying Disk agreement is the first in a series of planned affiliations and acquisitions to develop the Internet Infinity client
services bundle. Internet Infinity is providing facilities, equipment and sales to the venture and Flying Disk is providing
expertise in the creation of Internet and other digital media such as CDs, and Cyber-Roms.
