I agree most days the service is reliable.On days like this, however, DBC should let us know what the problem is and what they are doing to resolve it so that we don't end up wasting our time in unnecessary troubleshooting.I think BA is forming a base here and you will get another opportunity to buy it soon i.e. if not today then during the next few days.
