Bill; With the strong Dollar, the 30ry yld dropped ..a real good drop too..and this market did not respond any were near what it should have..this is a very negative sign, forget your buy signals the upside is still for suckers. Part of the problem is that there have been such hugh scams not just in ASIA, and much money is being hid by the crooks ( and not coming back into the market ). Jim
