Ok the trilogy is three separate chapters in a book ... they are like water. Each has to equal the other in order to cause the total package to flow evenly. No advantage to shorting and so forth.

Now the P is basically buying the common at $1.00 or rather $0.66 if you consider the AMSC with the dividend and the warrants are like buying the common at $1.20 where the common is $1.75

Now as you can see everyone does not understand and are trained or rather taught to always buy the common and consider the two best parts of the trilogy a hassle. As you learn the dynamics of trading you begin to see where to put your money. Each section of the trilogy affects the other two.

To me the P is absolute best deal there is with the warrants right behind them and the coomon the least of the trilogy. Now the volume on the warrants and the short sell arbitrage is going to cause the common volume to sky rocket.

That is fine because they are going to have to exercise against the short position or buy the common back and do it again. I am just sitting here watching the fun. People are getting a lesson in the dynamics of trading. ALWAYS get the most shares for your money and you will win in the long run and that is unheard of in this arena.

Again knowledge is what makes you money not greed.
