OEX staying ahead of the SPX today... OT no he played the dark side but only on the dont pass line never makes any other bet including don't come bets... I like playing the dont side...but then I also tend to buy puts...it must be in my nature...I have trouble reaching the dont pass line though on some parts of the table. the system I tried was just money management waited for 1 or 2 points to be made then on the dark side if 1 point made...I would start with 1 unit...2 units.... 4 units(and some variations) and after three tries losing I waited for the next shooter and only did odds on the 4 and 10..because I was being conservative if I waited for 2 points to be made...I started with 2 units... and then sometimes on the very first point I would do 22 or 44 inside for 2 or 3 rolls and then take it down if i deviated from this..leaving it up too long ....not waiting for 1 point to be made.....doing insides on more than the first point.... I lost my ass.... very few dont betters on that boat...but they pack the big chips...dont shoot and are serious as hell and tend to be the "professionals" there was one guy who was placing both sides on every roll and playing for the odds...and ended up losing 7 dollars after several hours...not enough action for me I guess.....if I want that I usually just do the guerilla tactic and ask someone if I can play their odds... I ask this guy with a big cowboy hat if he ever did that...he said "No ma'am, I don't think they would let me do that" I just laughed at him and told him to try it but he looked at me like I was crazy...
