Ok, whew! Well I gave a call to Rhombic central, and continue to be very confident to be sitting long and strong here:

1. The 504 (short term financing) should be done in 2-3 days (a little slow-but not an issue)

2. Looks like the long term financing is in the bag! The great news is that this is being done with a private stock placement - no debentures. This tells me that the investment bankers (and their scientists) who visited the company and review the technology have much confidence in Rhombic! Release on financing deal expected by the end of the week.

3. The 2 week open house at Daimler is complete. Many favorable responses. The Daimler PR will probably not be until the first or second week of June - they plan to add info on IEC orders that will be worked between now and then.

4. Equipment is in the diamond doping facility! Planning to be operational around mid-July!

5. The shorts have not covered! What are they thinking (they may make one more run at it, but I think that would be incredibly foolish!)

6. Newsletters and more PR within the next week or so!

Well, there are about 1 out of a hundred pennies that make it. This one has winner written all over it. Put a little on the shelf and forget about it...you'll be very happy :)
