Another news release off of lateko.com ------------------ Issuance of Shares LA TEKO RESOURCES LTD. ("LAO") - Issuance of Shares The Vancouver Stock Exchange has accepted for filing the issuance of 65,000 common shares and US$35,000 to R. A. Hughes & Associates pursuant to an agreement dated February 3, 1998. This payment is in connection with a severance arrangement between the parties.
