The header for this thread talks about a transfer of technology to the Chinese. I guess we'll have to wait for the expert pronouncement on whether or not national security was harmed by this particular waiver. However, what is more interesting to me is the question as to whether the waiver was purchased as a result of the mammoth contributions Loral's CEO made to the Dems and Clinton. This issue alone is enough to justify an IC investigation IMO. How can DOJ investigate this matter effectively? JLA
