Yes, this is what I was told by the broker upon asking for the conversion-- they would be exercised
at the close today. Did not feel that his tone of voice was one of complete confidence though, so I just called back for verification.
The customer service rep researched and said that as long as the order was in to them by 9am pacific time(for etrade) that the warrant would be exercised at some time during the trading day. So, now we have 2 answers to the same question--someone else may want to try their luck with their broker to get further confirmation--but it looks like my conversion will take place today, either during the trading day or at the end of the day. Sorry for the confusing answer, but I'm trying.
Yes, the strike is still $1 so nobody will probably want to exercise
until the strike goes to .50. As I saidI did this with a very small
portion of warrants,just to get the walk through. Will report back when this conversion is confirmed.
