Susie: I just came home for a moment and checked SI and the market. hope you find the following helpful in answer to your question bout warrants ---- ...... as a general rule, before the cops come to your house or workplace to "take you in" there has been issued , a warrant........ these instruments usually come from the D A 's office and frequently are issued by a judge, and, depending upon the severity of the crime can be served by armed officers with un-pleasant demeanor and very businesslike manners......
