Lawsuits filed. Cause number 28,036 Mark McMillan, Plaintiff Gerald Smith, Defendant This suit is for slander and defamation. The slanderous statement allegedly was stated to Bernice Lynch (National Sales for Bodybilt)and Bob Schubert (VP Controller and Director of Human Resources for Bodybilt)that McMillan was guilty of fraud and that McMillan could go to jail as a result of such fraud. Looks like hate, retaliation, and malice are involved... another suit was filed for the same reason naming someone I am not yet familiar with.
