So we are only talking about 3500 shares? Thats hardly a lawsuit, maybe the guy wanted to send his son to college or something. Seriously, the CFO should have a lot more than 5000 shares. Hopefully the article is incorrect, maybe he had 5000 shares that he purchased on the open market and sold 3500 of those, exclusive of the options he received when joining manu. Michelle
