Yeowww! Bill, It sounds like you've gone to the dark side. Do you think there is a better software package or are all of the support companies (brokers) inadequate at this point?

Could you please elaborate (before I begin transferring funds) on some of the following:

1. Software

I have talked with a few users who have used both Cybertrader and Real Tick and most favor Cybertrader and especially would favor it if the new version is as good as predicted. What is your opinion? Is there better software? Is the new Cyber version going to happen?

2. Company direction and support

I think this is where you have problems. Maybe some unfullfilled promises? This is an unfortunate characteristic of software development and, it seems, brokers. Is there anything I should be concerned with as far as the vitality and longevity of the company? Are they, for example, losing any key personnel, support staff or programmers? (this would really make me nervous!!)

Also, of key importance, will they open up there software so that developers can sell add-on software. Or, at the very least, are they entering into agreements to supply other applications on their platform?

3. Connectivity

Again, I think you've had some problems in this area. I'm not necessarily happy with the progress, but, I'll have to tell you MB Trading is telling everybody they are sticking only to internet or ISDN connections and that the internet is just fine. We all know this is an incorrect statement.

I think what is needed is for better honesty among these companies. If there is a problem, tell it to us straight and we'll all work towards a solution. Hyped promises and vaporware are not the solution.

I await your answer, as I'm biting at the bit to get started.

Brent
