Yes. The ancient Hebrew kingdom was ordained by God and established upon a civil and religious leadership anchored in the Word of God and based upon the hereiditary lineage of Levi and King David. Under this God-ordained Old Testament Kingdom, the Temple was the center and protector of both the civil and religous life of the kingdom. The Levitical priests maintained the Word of God, performed the God-ordained sacrifices and rituals, and meticulously kept the genealogical records upon which the Levitical priesthood, the Aaronic priesthood, and the royal House of David depended. This was the head of the ancient Hebrew kindom. It was a system setup to teach mankind the futility of righteousness by ritual and obedience to the law through human effort.
This God-ordained worldly kingdom was a shadow and figure of the heavenly Kingdom that the prophets saw and that Jesus eastablished through His Life, Crucifixion, Resurrection and Ascension. The kingdom of Israel had been a school and example preparing ancient Israel and through them, mankind, for the universal salvation of man and the establishment of the Kingdom of God in Jesus.
Once Jesus had established the reality of the shadow---the Kingdom of God--the figure and shadow became superfluous and must be destroyed. In 70A.D., God destroyed the Temple, the Levitical priesthood, the Aaronic priesthood, the Temple furniture and the genealogical tables upon which the civil and religious structure was built.
The only genealogical tables preserved were the tables establishing Jesus's heirship. These tables are still preserved in Matthew.
The ancient Hebrew Temple religion had been destroyed because its God-ordained civil and religous head had been destroyed. The rebellious and unrepentant Jewish leaders who had rejected Jesus were determined to justify themselves and resurrect the ancient Hebrew religion but they lacked the priesthood, the Davidic lineage, the genealogies etc. This is when these antichrist Jewish leaders conceived Babyloian Talmudic Judaism. It would be a new Judaism without Levites, without the sons of Aaron, with the throne of David, without the Spirit of God and without the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob--Jesus Christ. It would be based upon the will of those who rejected Jesus and determined to establish a carnal and worldly Jewish kingdom. For two thousand years they plotted and work on their dark dream.. Then their dark vision began taking shape in Palestine.
In 1948 their dark dream became a reality. The spiritual Frankenstein had been reassembled and it rose from the dead. (It had once been dead but now it lived. It was different than any other kingdom. It drew its power by manipulating the power of ther kingdoms.) The mortally wounded head had been resculptured by the hand of man. It is a grostesque caricature of the ancient God-ordained Hebrew kingdom. They have replaced the mortally wounded civil head of Kind David with a synthetic head from their dark dreams. They have replaced the God-ordained Levitical and Aaronic religous leadership and heart with a twisted and deformed Babylonian Talmudic Rabbinate.
This is the little horn that has knocked out the three horns on the beast and is now riding upon the power of the seven horned beast.
